"Balanced, smooth, with subtle ripe fruit and cocoa tones."
This coffee is a gem! We drink it daily, and think you'll love it!
So here's the deal on the Salitral: For years and years Mexico used to be a force in quality coffee, but then they got complacent and fell out of favor. But in the past two years, there's been a reemergence of Mexican coffee, and specifically the southern most region, Chiapas. Chiapas neighbors Guatemala's prestigious Huehuetenango. And as Mexico recovers in the public eye, we're not afraid to get in front of it, and are able to offer you this outstanding coffee at an amazing price.
